NOLLYWOOD MOVIE DIRECTOR DAVID AKWARA WOW UN PEACE AMBASSADOR SHOLA MESE WITH A SURPRISE BIRTHDAY GIFT

"All men are created equal but only the best are born in September. "
Was the inscription on Shola Meses' T shirt as Coner Street Production led by its head David Akwara  Paid him a surprise visit at his office along Airport Road, Warri, with a wonderful gift to mark his 52nd birthday.
The inscription marks his personality as he is one of the best men in the world I have met all my life. With his status (CEO Shola Mese Foundation, Focus Guards Security, FBI security limited, FBI Graphics, SMET Integrated, United Nations Peace Ambassador), one would have expected to go through a lot of protocols comprising of men on army uniform and heavy body bouncers, as is common with men that have achieved his status in Nigeria. To my greatest surprise, non of them was on sight. Rather, students of his foundation (Shola Mese Foundation), and his well wishers were the once around him. All busy with different activities to make sure he had an outstanding birthday celebration.

Earlier, Shola Mese had approved Coner Street Production to produce a documentary about his life and achievements. He must have thought the next time he would see them would be the previewing of the documentary, little did he know that David Akwara and his team were counting down to his birthday this 14th day of September to. show him how much they appreciate the privilege he gave them to produce the documentary.

Shola Mese couldn't hide his joy and appreciation as they present the gift to him. The gift was a beautifully crafted cake designed by Erica Tega, the CEO of Teddy's Sweet Delights Cake, as I later learnt. On unveiling the cake, she said it was inspired by Shola Meses' achievements and contributions to society through his humanitarian services by his Foundation and other works. No doubt, as the cake house the symbols of the Shola Mese Foundation and that of the United Nations. Before Shola Mese cut the cake, David Akwara and others present, supported the cutting of the cake with some amount of money expressing how much Shola Meses ' life and achievements inspire them.
Shola Mese later donated the money to support the foundations account. Expressing his gratitude, Shola Mese thanked Team Coner Street and everyone present for their kindness and expressed how much he appreciate their gifts and well wishes. Then, he took out time to get a photo with everyone present to the least of his students. He also encourage everyone to get refreshments before they leave.
What a wonderful personality. I can't wait for the documentary to be out. He is the perfect example for this generation where our leaders crave to be worshipped, rather than respected
